Position: Head of Psychological Services - Inpatient and Outpatient

Shift: Full Time - 40 hours/week, Day shift - no evenings or weekends required

Key Competencies and Responsibilities:

  1. Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
  2. Ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams.
  3. Expertise in psychological and neuropsychological assessments.
  4. Proficient report-writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Exceptional psychotherapy skills.
  6. Strong management and supervisory skills to lead doctoral-level psychologists and neuropsychologists.
  7. Maintain a patient caseload of 40-50%.

Experience:

  1. A minimum of five years of clinical experience is required.
  2. Prior experience in a supervisory role is preferred.

Education:

  1. A Doctorate in Psychology is required.

Licenses/Certifications:

  1. A valid PA license as a psychologist is required.
  2. Certification from ABPP (American Board of Professional Psychology) or ABCN (American Board of Clinical Neuropsychology) is preferred.
