POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The Support Associate plays a crucial role in fostering a customer-centric and product-oriented sales atmosphere, where our core values guide all operational activities.

This is accomplished through various sales support functions, including merchandise management, inventory processing, and stockroom organization. We take pride in our work and believe that our teams make this an exceptional place to thrive, learn, and develop.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Excellence

  • Manages merchandise processing, ensuring items are stored, labeled, and easily accessible for restocking on the sales floor, reorganizing products as necessary to optimize storage space.
  • Ensures timely merchandising and representation of new products.
  • Accurately enters all receiving documents into the inventory system, reconciles merchandise invoices with received items as applicable, and completes store-to-store transfers and locate requests promptly.
  • Processes visual merchandising materials, props, and signage efficiently, ensuring proper storage of stockroom supplies such as hardware, hangers, and sign holders.
  • Participates in pricing adjustments and markdowns.
  • Informs management of cash supply requirements.
  • Assists with visual directives, including floor setups, window displays, and signage placement as directed.
  • Contributes to maintaining boutique cleanliness and organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in stock management or cashier roles preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and capability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Able to learn and adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift.
  • Ability to work efficiently within strict timelines.
  • Demonstrates teamwork effectively.
  • Familiarity with visual merchandising and product placement techniques is a plus.
  • Communicates effectively with customers, associates, and management; utilizes headsets for communication.
  • Regular attendance is crucial for this role to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Constant walking/standing for a significant portion of the 8-hour shift.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of the 8-hour shift).
  • Frequent climbing (34%-66% of the 8-hour shift).

The wage range for this position is $19.50 to $24.50. Wage rates for successful candidates will be determined based on individual qualifications for the role.
