HVAC Lead Generator

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HVAC Lead Generator to join our team at ALLRED Heating, Cooling, Air Quality. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads and building a pipeline of opportunities to meet business plans and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain and update leads through in-person conversations at specified locations
- Contact prospects to qualify leads and provide accurate and timely information to management
- Update lead generation database to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Develop a strong knowledge of our products and services to facilitate the sales process
Requirements:
- GED or High School diploma
- 1-year experience in Lead Generation is desired, but not required
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience with cold calling and maintaining databases is a plus
- Proficient in Google: Docs, Sheets
- Strong project and time management skills
- Curious nature, positive attitude, and determination
- Strong communication skills in person/over the phone
- Organized and a problem solver
- Goal-orientated and committed
- Friendly, well-groomed, and flexible
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
