Residential Sales Consultant

This role is focused on attracting potential clients for property sales within a designated community. Responsibilities will include showcasing properties to prospective buyers, discussing sale terms, and preparing real estate agreements.
Key Responsibilities: (additional duties may be assigned)
- Present available properties to potential clients within the assigned community, addressing inquiries related to construction, financing, amenities, and availability.
- Engage in training opportunities for personal development and enhancement of sales skills.
- Utilize marketing materials and acquired sales techniques to promote property sales.
- Advise new buyers on available options and services.
- Participate in community events to stay informed about the local real estate landscape.
- Strive for continuous improvement in performance, aligning with overall sales objectives.
- Aim to surpass previous performance metrics as defined by key indicators and specific goals for the role and the Sales Department.
- Address issues related to late payments.
- Evaluate product designs for ongoing enhancement and manage prototype development in the assigned area.
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and utilize appropriate safety equipment.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace.

Education and Experience: One to three years of relevant experience and/or training in residential real estate.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Familiarity with KOVA software (preferred)
Licenses and Certifications: Virginia Residential Real Estate License
