Role Overview
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be an integral part of our Retail Team of Experts, bringing the T-Mobile brand to life. You will act as a brand ambassador, creating excitement around our products and services.
Your passion for technology and customer engagement will help you excel in this fast-paced setting, where the retail experience is constantly evolving. You will forge meaningful connections with customers, showcasing your ability to build and deepen relationships in the wireless industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in their shopping journey, whether they are online, through customer care, or in-store.
- Identify individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology.
- Engage in side-by-side selling to discover personalized solutions that enhance customer connectivity.
- Approach service and sales with integrity and compassion.
Utilize digital tools effectively during customer interactions to:
- Showcase our extensive coverage and the benefits of our services.
- Educate customers on T-Mobile plans that enhance their connectivity.
- Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience and stay informed about innovations in wireless technology.
Collaboration and Support
Work closely with T-Mobile employees across various channels to:
- Ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues that arise.
- Identify and refer small business leads.
- Contribute to team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment.
Your Experience
We are looking for passionate advocates for our customers who thrive in a competitive sales environment. You should be willing to collaborate with peers and store leaders, sharing ideas while serving customers effectively.
Previous experience in customer service or sales, particularly in a retail setting, is preferred.
