Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineering Lead to join our team at KLA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading reliability activities and best practices for new product development and sustaining product CIPs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in product life cycle management review meetings
  • Train design engineering community on reliability principles and techniques
  • Develop reliability plans and present to senior management and engineers
  • Perform reliability data analyses using WEIBULL, MTBF, MTBI, L10, L90, etc.
  • Work closely with engineering, service, manufacturing, and quality organizations to collect and analyze data from engineering, manufacturing, and field to track and calculate reliability metrics
  • Implement software and tools to automate and simplify this analysis
Requirements
  • MS in ME, Physics, or other relevant engineering discipline with 4+ years of experience in reliability engineering and analysis
  • Experience with reliability of mechanical, opto-mechanical, and electronic systems reliability
  • Good hands-on skills desirable
  • Experience with reliability analysis tools such as Reliasoft and Blocksim
