Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Content Production Assistant to join our dynamic team at KITH. The ideal candidate will support the content production team by assisting with various pre-production and on-set needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Production Support: Assist with creating and distributing call sheets for shoots, maintaining and updating contact sheets regularly, processing invoices, and assisting with budget tracking.
  • On-Set Support: Enter and track content expenses, organize catering for shoots with vendors, set up and breakdown of production-related items at shoots.
  • Special Projects: Coordinate and schedule meetings, conduct research for content projects, gather relevant information, manage and organize production equipment and materials, coordinate travel arrangements for production staff and talent, ensure all production paperwork is completed and filed correctly, and pull together model packages.
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience on set in the fashion industry or interested in learning.
  • Basic knowledge of content production processes and on-set experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior administrative assistant experience is helpful.
  • Experience with Concur is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a content production or related field.
  • Familiarity with production equipment and set protocols.
