GMP Site Manager

GDI Services Inc. is seeking a highly experienced GMP Site Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional facility maintenance services to our clients. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for establishing and promoting goodwill with our customers, identifying and growing opportunities within assigned sites, and overseeing the implementation of all applicable regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the timely and successful delivery of business and financial solutions
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on GMP-related cleaning, cleaning processes, and company certification and validation services
- Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and other applicable domestic and international regulations
- Motivate and develop team members to achieve desired results
Requirements:
- 5+ years of GMP management experience in the Life Sciences space managing critical cleaning environments
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail
- College degree in a related field of study preferred
