Quality Improvement Internship Opportunity

This is a unique chance to contribute to the improvement of quality systems and production processes at Moderna. As a Quality Improvement Intern, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing GMP documentation, leading and participating in manufacturing/quality improvement activities, and collaborating with various internal functions to ensure regular stakeholder engagement. You will also generate targeted metrics for Management Review and support data collection for deviation management, change controls, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Draft and review GMP documentation such as SOPs, forms, and batch records.
  • Lead and participate in manufacturing/quality improvement activities, utilizing Kaizen or similar methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Clinical Drug Supply Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and other internal functions to ensure regular stakeholder engagement.
  • Generate targeted metrics for Management Review and support data collection for deviation management, change controls, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:
  • Working towards a bachelor's degree.
  • Science or Engineering background.
