Key Responsibilities:
The Nursing Assistant plays a vital role in the healthcare team, ensuring that residents receive exceptional care in compliance with federal and state regulations.

The responsibilities include:

  • Providing safe and effective nursing care to residents.
  • Meeting all resident needs and communicating any concerns to the charge nurse.
  • Assisting residents with personal hygiene, dressing, and toileting.
  • Helping with resident transfers and responding promptly to call lights.
  • Conducting rounds on assigned residents and addressing their needs.

The Nursing Assistant also contributes to the creation and execution of the resident's Plan of Care. This position is part-time.
