Job Summary:

The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents. As a CNA, you will work closely with our residents, families, and healthcare team to ensure the highest level of care and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and assisting with hygiene and toileting needs
  • Assist with resident transfers, answer call lights, and make rounds on assigned residents
  • Develop and implement resident Plans of Care, working closely with the healthcare team
  • Ensure safe nursing care is provided, and report concerns to the charge nurse
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or higher (Preferred)
  • None needed, as we provide on-the-job training
  • Good communication skills, patience, attention to detail, flexibility, and intrapersonal skills
  • Certified Nurse Assistant Certification (we will help you obtain your CNA if needed)
  • CPR Certification (we will also provide this if needed)
