Citizens Memorial is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team at our skilled nursing facility in El Dorado Springs, MO.
About the Role:The Certified Nurse Assistant will provide excellent care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being. This is a PRN (Per Requested Need) position, requiring flexibility and a willingness to work a rotating schedule.
Responsibilities:- Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with resident transfers and answer call lights in a timely manner
- Make rounds on assigned residents and accommodate their needs
- Assist in the development and implementation of the resident Plan of Care
- High School Diploma or higher (Preferred)
- None needed, as we provide on-the-job training
- Good Communication Skills, Patience, Attention to detail, Flexibility, Intrapersonal Skills
- Certified Nurse Assistant Certification (we will help you obtain your CNA and provide on-the-job training)
- CPR Certification (we will also provide this if needed)
