Job Summary

The Certified Nurse Assistant will be responsible for providing direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and assisting with hygiene and toileting needs. You will also be responsible for answering call lights, making rounds on assigned residents, and accommodating their needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and assisting with hygiene and toileting needs
  • Answer call lights in a timely manner and make rounds on assigned residents
  • Accommodate resident needs and ensure safe nursing care is provided
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the resident Plan of Care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or higher (Preferred)
  • No prior experience is necessary, as we provide on-the-job training
  • Good communication skills, patience, attention to detail, flexibility, and intrapersonal skills
  • Certified Nurse Assistant Certification (we will help you obtain your CNA if needed)
  • CPR Certification (we will also provide this if needed)
