Customer Service Director

**Job Summary**
NorthPoint Search Group Inc is seeking an experienced Customer Service Director to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading the Customer Service Team and driving exceptional customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and direct the Customer Service Team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Partner with Senior Leadership and Sales teams to develop and implement customer service strategies.
- Develop and maintain customer service performance metrics to measure team success.
- Implement strategies to ensure error-free data entry of customer orders and optimize workflow.
- Communicate effectively with sales and customers to ensure prompt and accurate service.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of Customer Service experience with a proven track record of leadership.
- 5+ years of experience in a Manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience in Wood Manufacturing is a plus.
