Merchandiser Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser Specialist to join our team. As a Merchandiser Specialist, you will be responsible for representing our clients' products in retail stores, ensuring that their merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.

Key Responsibilities

  • Locate merchandise in the backroom and place it on the floor to ensure that customers can easily find what they need.
  • Stock and pack out products to maintain a well-organized store environment.
  • Front face products to create visually appealing displays that drive sales.
  • Receive and install marketing and promotional materials at home and bring them to the store.
  • Display setup and maintenance for a variety of products throughout the store.
  • Reset displays or product areas based on client needs, including full remodels and product placement.
  • Answer simple, step-by-step questions within our field technology on your mobile device as you complete your work.
  • Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
  • Represent our company and clients in retail stores within your assigned area.

Requirements

  • Enjoy working independently in stores while building relationships with store associates and managers.
  • Owning your stores and becoming the go-to resource for our clients.
  • Effectively communicating with store associates, managers, and our merchandising team nationwide.
  • Leveraging support and sharing best practices with our team through closed social media groups and communication channels.
  • Contacting our Operations Support Center for help with challenges in store.
  • Completing work within the provided timeframe and closely following detailed instructions.
  • Reporting your work the same day you complete it.

What You Need

  • Access to reliable transportation to get you from multiple retail locations in your area.
  • A smartphone with access to data and internet to report and upload photos.
