Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute commercial plans across our account base, ensuring the day-to-day success of our operation and contributing to the financial performance of the company.
  • Identify and communicate any competitive issues or market activities that could impact the business.
  • Foster business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests, proactive pricing, special programs, new opportunities, and upcoming activities discussions.
  • Execute applicable promotions and new products based on target lists, monthly Look of Success (LOS) initiatives, marketing promotions, Point-Of-Sale, and commercial plans to ensure excellence in RED (Right Execution Daily) scores for assigned customers.
  • Fill, merchandise, and rotate products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs.
  • Organize and maintain back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor, arranging the return of empty pallets and shells, damaged and out of date product to the branch.
  • Create and distribute point of sale materials on display and shelve where permitted.
  • Rotate product, fill and merchandise Fastlane merchandisers and vendors, and check vendor to ensure proper operation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
