Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Service Advisor / Writer to join our team at Christian Brothers Automotive. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Greeting every guest with hospitality and respect
  • Presenting solutions to repair their vehicle
  • Managing the store's workflow
  • Selling services without compromising honesty and integrity
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and team atmosphere

You will also be required to communicate effectively with guests over the phone and build long-term relationships between the store, yourself, and the guest.

To succeed in this role, you will need a current driver's license, a clean driving record, proficiency in Windows-based computer software, and experience in an Automotive Customer Service role or Automotive Service Write/Advisor/Sales role.

Based on industry standards, we estimate the salary for this position to be around $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
