As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of children aged 2 years. This position is full-time, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, offering some flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute educational programs by developing classroom activities that align with age-appropriate practices and early learning benchmarks.
  • Inspire and guide your teaching team by exemplifying best practices and providing mentorship.
  • Organize individual and group activities that actively engage children, fostering their social, cognitive, and emotional development.
  • Maintain a personal professional development plan to ensure ongoing improvement in teaching quality.
  • Adhere to all center policies and state regulations to ensure a safe and compliant learning environment.
Qualifications
  • A High School Diploma and/or a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Completion of required training hours in early childhood education; a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in early childhood education.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A solid understanding of children's developmental stages to create an engaging and secure classroom atmosphere.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
