Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer prescribed oral and topical medications, including controlled substances, to residents as directed by their healthcare providers
  • Support and uphold the independence of residents
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, showering, and dressing
  • Facilitate ambulation and transportation for residents
  • Encourage resident participation in facility activity programs
  • Provide hands-on care related to incontinence
  • Document and report changes in residents' health and wellness

Qualifications:

  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination is required, or a qualifying exemption must be provided
  • QMAP certification is mandatory
  • CPR and First Aid certification is required
  • Experience with Point Click Care is preferred
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays is necessary

Work Schedule: Part-time

Compensation Range: $18.50-$21.00 per hour
