Job DescriptionPosition Title: Marketing Project Coordinator

Overview: The Marketing Project Coordinator is responsible for the effective and timely management of marketing initiatives, ensuring the production, tracking, fulfillment, and distribution of all marketing materials and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collecting and analyzing data on campaign performance, including audience feedback.
  • Creating visually engaging reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Managing marketing material requests and overseeing the execution of marketing events through project management tools.
  • Ensuring that all creative materials, including art and copy, are developed and submitted on schedule to the appropriate channels.
  • Reviewing marketing materials for accuracy and quality before distribution.
  • Analyzing results and adjusting marketing strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Generating comprehensive reports and analyzing the outcomes of all marketing projects.
  • Developing and implementing monitoring methods for projects, including tracking expenditures and progress reports.
  • Conducting market research and evaluating consumer feedback.
  • Utilizing marketing analytics to gather critical data regarding social media, web performance, and project status.
  • Coordinating deliverable requests with involved parties.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Proofhub, Slack).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and action plans.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree (4-Year Degree) or 4 years of relevant experience or training, or a combination of education and experience.

  • Active participation in the ministry's activities.
  • Must be a born-again Christian, conducting all affairs in accordance with biblical principles.
  • Recognize the importance of this role in furthering the ministry's mission and act as a spiritual leader within the church.
