Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Junior Customer Relations Officer at MyCareersFuture. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with our clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, HDB, Town Council, consultants, and residents to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and implement effective customer relationship strategies to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Issue Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular reports on customer interactions, issues, and feedback, as well as maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Roster Management: Coordinate and manage the scheduling of site supervisors and other staff members to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • IDMS System Management: Update and manage defects cases, create new cases, and track feedback from residents using the IDMS system.
  • E-Appointment Management: Manage online appointments and schedules for residents and staff members.
  • Notice and Communication: Prepare and distribute notices to residents regarding construction activities and other important information.
  • Work Schedule Management: Collaborate with site supervisors to generate work schedules for sub-contractors and staff members.
  • Improvement Work: Arrange for unit improvement works for residents and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Lift Monitoring: Monitor and report on lift maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Guided Viewing: Provide guided tours of the building and its facilities to residents and visitors.
  • BIT and Lock-up Inspection: Conduct BIT and lock-up inspections to ensure that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Information Centre and BSC Maintenance: Maintain and upkeep the Information Centre and BSC, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Ad-hoc Duties: Perform other duties as required by the team leader or management.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Diploma or A Level with 2 subjects passed.
  • WSQ Certificate: Possess WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Language Skills: Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin, with the ability to handle queries and feedback from Mandarin-speaking residents and associates.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a HDB BTO project, with experience in customer relation works and fair construction knowledge an advantage.
