Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Aide (CNA) to provide in-home care to our patients in King and Snohomish county. As a Hospice Aide, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with terminal illnesses.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, oral hygiene, nail care, and skin care.
  • Assist patients with daily activities, such as feeding and transferring.
  • Take vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in case conferences to discuss patient progress and care plans.
  • Support patients and families in their end-of-life journey, providing emotional and spiritual care as needed.
Requirements:
  • Current and valid CNA license in the state of WA.
  • Understanding of hospice regulations and standards.
  • Knowledge of pain control measures and end-of-life care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
