About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Nurse Clinician to join our Hospice team on a per diem basis. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide holistic care to terminally ill patients and their families, assessing their needs and developing individualized plans of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop plans of care in collaboration with the IDG
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric and adult patients
  • Work collaboratively with the hospice team to anticipate changes in patient condition and promote patient and family choice
  • Ensure continuity of care and enhance the quality of life for dying patients
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Washington Registered Nurse License
  • 1 year of nursing experience, with some pediatric experience required for pediatric positions
  • Prior hospice, home care, long-term care, medical/surgical, and oncology experience preferred
