• Manage food costs and control expenditures to maintain budgetary compliance.
• Perform additional duties as required to support kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant culinary experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in diverse food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, or corporate dining.
• Strong knowledge of culinary trends, food safety, and sanitation practices.
• Proven leadership and training abilities to guide kitchen staff effectively.
• Familiarity with food cost management and production planning.
• Certification in food safety (e.g., ServSafe) is preferred.
• An Associate's degree in Culinary Arts is advantageous.
