  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including program managers, researchers, and subject matter experts, to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Methodology Development: Develop and implement data analysis methodologies to ensure high-quality data and insights.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure data quality and integrity through regular data cleaning, validation, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a public health setting.
  • Skills: Strong programming skills in languages such as R, Python, or SQL; experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI; and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
