Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 100% IT phone and chat support to clients
  • Support Windows-based devices and troubleshoot PC's, printers, etc.
  • Troubleshoot in a multi-user high volume environment and identify root-causes of operational issues
  • Interact with management and staff to provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions
  • Manage local technical projects and maintain or create policies, procedures, and processes
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of helpdesk support experience
  • Chat support experience
  • Windows OS and Office 365 experience
  • Active Directory experience
