HR Case Management Specialist / Call Center Representative

Contract Type: Temporary

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Compensation: $22.00 Per Hour

Role Responsibilities:

Employee Relations Consultant
  • Handle incoming calls and perform case intake for 6-8 hours daily.
  • Offer guidance on general policy inquiries and facilitate resolutions for straightforward cases.
  • Recognize cases that need escalation and complete necessary documentation.
  • Respond to basic inquiries and direct managers to appropriate Employee Relations resources as required.
Required Skills:
  • Experience in Call Center operations, particularly in intake processes.
  • Familiarity with case management systems.
  • Background in Human Resources or Employee Relations.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Call Center (Intake) experience
  • Case Management expertise
  • Human Resources/Employee Relations knowledge
  • Customer Service proficiency
