The Field Engineer is a key member of our project delivery team, responsible for facilitating project success through effective administration and coordination. Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Assist project managers with coordinating document control, updating project management tools, and processing requests for information and submittals.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to project teams, including maintaining contract documents, bid logs, and insurance records.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals, clients, and project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Travel: Travel up to 25% of the time to support project activities and meetings.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in building science, construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of construction experience or a construction graduate.
  • Skills: Basic MEP knowledge, proficiency in MS Office, and a valid driver's license.
  • Certifications: LEED AP and OSHA 10 Hour certification a plus.
Physical Demands and Working Environment

The Field Engineer will work in an indoor and outdoor setting, with exposure to various weather conditions and temperatures. The role requires sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting, travel to project sites, and perform tasks that involve standing, sitting, and lifting moderate amounts of weight.
