This role involves traveling to customer locations to perform maintenance visits and installations of our label and print systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, be technically savvy, and possess a positive attitude.
Responsibilities include:
- Traveling to customer locations to perform maintenance visits and installations
- Managing all aspects of your assigned territory, including responding to customer needs and establishing a rapport with assigned customers
- Supporting customer training and events as required
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- College or technical degree or equivalent technical support experience
- 1-3 years of experience as a field service technician or engineer, with background in service, print, or packaging as a bonus
- Proficient in MS Office and use of tablet, iPhone, and laptop
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage and prioritize work
- Ability to lift equipment and components up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
