Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate BCBA to join our team as a Behavioral Therapist - Autism Specialist. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral therapy services to children with autism, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behavioral treatment plans for children with autism, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and need for each child.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Provide training and support to staff members on behavioral techniques and strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care for our clients.

  • A competitive salary range of $70,000-$75,000, plus bonuses up to $14,500.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
