Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Behavioral Support Technician (BST) to become a vital part of our enthusiastic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement tailored treatment strategies that empower our clients to flourish. This position is ideal for individuals eager to launch their careers in ABA and contribute meaningfully to the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute behavior intervention strategies designed by the BCBA.
  • Gather and document data regarding client behaviors.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Assist clients in acquiring essential life skills.
  • Maintain regular communication with the supervising BCBA and fellow team members.
  • Engage in team meetings and training workshops.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Certified RBT in good standing.
  • Completion of RBT Course and pending competency assessment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Availability between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility in therapeutic delivery settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Must pass a clear background check.
