Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of event marketing professionals to achieve established goals.
  • Execute and manage onsite lead generation activities at events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retail partners to create localized display opportunities for lead generation and sales activity.
  • Optimize and leverage community entities to create and implement event-related sponsorship programs with onsite exhibitor presence.
  • Manage event tools, resources, and materials for event coordination, setup, teardown, and inventory.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven success in lead generation and event marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to manage and develop others in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities at one time.
  • Travel within assigned office territory.
  • Evening and weekend availability/working non-traditional business hours.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in lead generation for residential home improvement industry.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience in event marketing, retail, or restaurant.
