Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Field Marketing Support Specialist to execute marketing strategies and promote 80 Acres Farms products in designated geographical areas.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences. They will also have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.

The Field Marketing Support Specialist will collaborate closely with the marketing team to carry out localized marketing campaigns, sampling events, and promotions that resonate with our target audience. They will also assist with store merchandising efforts to ensure our products are effectively showcased and optimized for sales within retail environments.

This role is a great opportunity for individuals to gain exposure to various aspects of marketing, including event planning, community engagement, partnership development, and store merchandising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure retail objectives and shelf standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain solid working relationships with retail associates and management.
  • Conduct in-store product demos and promote the brand at community events.
  • Provide accurate reports that track performance of field marketing initiatives and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Represent the company professionally and embody our brand values in interactions with customers, partners, and the community.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of merchandising, retail, or promotional activity experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in a team environment to achieve a goal.
