About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at The Learning Center for the Deaf. As an Audiologist, you will provide comprehensive audiological services to our outpatient population, including pediatric and adult patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct hearing evaluations, testing, and counseling to diagnose and treat hearing and balance disorders.
  • Provide hearing aid evaluations, fittings, adjustments, and repairs, including in-house and factory repairs.
  • Offer patient education on advanced technology hearing aids and assistive listening devices.
  • Conduct cochlear implant candidacy evaluations, initial activations, and follow-up programming/mapping.
  • Collaborate with medical and educational referral sources to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or Clinical Doctorate in Audiology (AuD) or Ph.D. from an accredited university program.
  • Massachusetts State Licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in pediatric and adult audiological services.
  • ASL fluency preferred, with a willingness to learn required.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $72,000 to $78,000 annually, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and employer-matching 403(b) retirement plan.
