Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Ventilator Clinical Specialist to join our team at AdaptHealth LLC. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals requiring ventilatory assistance.

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients with ventilatory needs, ensuring optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, addressing the unique needs of each patient.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in ventilatory therapy, incorporating evidence-based practices into your care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Associates degree from an AMA-approved respiratory program or equivalent experience.
  • Valid and unrestricted RT clinical license in all states serviced by AdaptHealth.
  • CPR certification and one year of clinical experience as a Health Care RT, HME RT, or clinical nursing professional with ventilator expertise.
  • Valid driver's license for travel to patient locations.
Physical Demands:
  • Lift 50 pounds and perform repetitive movements due to extensive computer use.
  • May be exposed to unsanitary conditions, stress, and hazardous materials.
