Clinical Support Specialist

About the Role:
Boston Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our Interventional Oncology and Embolization (IO&E) business. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical support for our Cryoablation product franchise in a defined geographic territory.
Responsibilities:
- Provide case support and basic troubleshooting for our Cryoablation products.
- Collaborate with physicians to ensure the safe and effective use of our products.
- Develop and deliver training programs to support product launches and high-touch specialty products.
- Work closely with sales and service teams to execute a proactive regional plan, improving market share and quality of service.
- Respond to customer needs and complaints, developing creative solutions or collaborating with other personnel.
- Manage consignment inventory, conduct semiannual audits, and handle expired product returns.
- Ensure timely collection and reporting of medical documentation for procedural device operation.
- Maintain quality and compliance with all requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Able to lift 40 lbs., drive to multiple accounts, and carry medical device equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of clinical work experience.
- Previous experience in Computed Tomography (CT), Radiology, or Interventional Radiology.
- Foundational knowledge of medical imaging, especially within CT.
- Problem-solving and collaboration skills.
