Burke + Co. is a dynamic venture capital firm in San Francisco seeking a highly motivated Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting efforts for the firm and its portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring teams and leadership to determine hiring needs, strategy, and goals
  • Own the interview scheduling and coordination process, both virtually and onsite
  • Curate a top-tier candidate experience with exceptional service
  • Handle onsite interview logistics and confirmations
  • Act as the main contact for candidates throughout the interview process
  • Update candidate progress in the applicant tracking system
  • Improve current processes and systems to ensure the best possible experience
  • Assist with other ad hoc tasks and projects as needed

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of recruiting coordination experience
  • Experience with recruitment for tech startups highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Hospitality and/or customer service experience a plus
  • Highly motivated mindset and competitive spirit
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Personable and poised communication style, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively within all levels of an organization and external teams
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Experience with Greenhouse and/or Lever a plus
