About the Role
Tower Federal Credit Union is seeking a skilled Market Research Analyst to join our team. As a Market Research Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us understand our members' needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to gather insights on consumer behavior and preferences
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns
- Develop and implement data-driven recommendations to improve member experience and increase member value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns and strategies
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights on key consumer trends and preferences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, mathematics, statistics, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, market research, or data analysis
- Financial services and/or credit union experience preferred
- Proven market research analysis experience
