Job Title: Program Budget and Pricing Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Budget and Pricing Analyst to join our team at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (APL). As a key member of our financial operations team, you will play a critical role in managing the financial aspects of our research and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial leadership and support to APL program and project managers
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to ensure accurate cost projections
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including contract expenditure reports and contract data reports
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure timely and accurate financial information
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal regulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, such as accounting, finance, or business administration
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, or proposal development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
