RN Medical Care Unit Nights

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Care Unit team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct and safe patient care based on the nursing process
- Coordinate care for assigned patients on a shift to promote clinical outcomes
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to a culture of transparency and open communication
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care that take into consideration the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other care team members to recruit and retain an excellent nursing care team
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a current unencumbered license to practice as an RN in Georgia
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma required
- 0-1 year of RN experience – successful completion of new grad orientation or successful completion of an RN refresher course for acute care nurses
- National certification in clinical specialty as eligible
- BSN degree
