We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Care Unit team at Northeast Georgia Health System. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with colleagues, and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Job SummaryThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing direct and safe patient care, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities- Provide direct and safe patient care based on the nursing process
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to promote patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve unit goals and objectives
- Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia
- Associate Nursing Degree Required
- One (1) year of experience as a professional RN
- National certification in clinical specialty as eligible
- Bachelor of Nursing Degree
- One (1) year experience in Long Term Care
