We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at the Cognitive Health Unit in Northeast Georgia Health System. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
About the Role:The Cognitive Health Unit is a 14-bed intermediate care nursing unit that provides care to a variety of acute and intermediate care cognitive health patients. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct and safe patient care based on the nursing process
- Coordinate care for assigned patients on a shift to promote the achievement of clinical outcomes
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Assume a beginning clinical bedside leadership role and seek mentoring in this process
- Licensure or other certifications: Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia
- Minimum Experience: At least 1 year of RN experience
- Preferred Licensure or other certifications: BSN
