Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to Lead Advisors, including handling all administrative functions, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Client Interaction: Regularly interact with clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Account Management: Process and submit account paperwork, manage client information in our CRM database, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Problem-Solving: Research and resolve client service problems, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to effectively interact with clients, Lead Advisors, and other stakeholders.
- Education: Associate's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of broker/dealer operations and financial services products.
- Skills: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel; strong administrative and time management skills; and excellent communication skills.
- Certifications: Series 7 and 65/66 preferred (or ability to obtain).
