- Lead the development and implementation of enterprise architecture principles, standards, and best practices across the organization.

- Oversee the design development, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide technology solutions ensuring they are scalable, interoperable, and secure.
- Conduct regular assessments of the organization's current technology landscape and identify areas for improvement, consolidation, or innovation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the enterprise architecture team fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Align technology architectural, acquisition, transition decisions, with standards and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with executive leadership presenting architectural strategies, recommendations, and progress reports.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in enterprise architecture and share knowledge with the organization.
- Develop and manage the enterprise architecture budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and optimal resource allocation.
- Manage a team of enterprise and solution architects providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful delivery of architectural initiatives.
- Minimum 15 years of leadership and experience in enterprise architecture with progressively increased responsibility leading large-scale, complex, and matrixed organizations.
- TOGAF or comparable certification required.
- Minimum 10 years in at least three disciplines such as business, information, solution, or technical architecture, application development, middleware information analysis, database management, or operations in a multitier environment.
- Knowledge of business ecosystems, software as a service (SaaS), infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT, and predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, agile and lean methodologies, infrastructure EA, and ITIL frameworks.
- Understanding of the different types of agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks, especially those designed to be scaled at enterprise level.
- Understanding of existing, new, and emerging technologies, such as generative AI and its applications.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEA.
- Demonstrated extensive experience in designing and implementing complex large-scale technology solutions.
- Must have strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a track record of driving innovation and change.
- Must have excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Must have a deep understanding and proven track record of implementing IT's best practices across business processes, IT/OT infrastructure, and software development.
- Proven track record of implementing enterprise-class integration frameworks with tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similar tools.
