Human Resources Business Process Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Process Specialist - Employee Leave Administration to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service delivery of Employee Leave Administration services through process reviews, vendor management, and escalation support.
About the Role
The primary responsibility of this role is to act as an interface between BSC teams (HR Business Partners, Center of Excellence, and People Services) and third-party service providers like Sedgwick, The Hartford, BenefitFocus, SuccessFactors, etc., delivering related HR services. You will ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures or any other federal/country regulations as requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Delivery: Responsible for ensuring HR Service Center services are delivered in compliance with corporate policies and procedures or any other federal/country regulation as requirements.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of HR Service Center operations delivered as per the service level agreements with CoEs and support Operational governance for his/her pillar.
- Issue Resolution: Support issue resolution along with CoEs & HRSC by leading root-cause analysis and defining intervention plans to address issues systemically.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide a continuous improvement focus and support HR CoEs to improve core HR processes.
- Process Optimization: Coordinate optimization and updates to HRSC processes (methods & procedures).
Vendor Governance
Drive and support vendor governance and best practices including service level management, contract management (renewal, invoice payments, spend optimization, and relationship management). Owner of Leave of absence processes, job aides, communication with multiple stakeholders, and stay compliant with corporate policies.
Expected Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years' experience with Leave of Absence management required.
- Experience in managing metrics-driven organization and services.
- Service delivery experience in business processes with additional third-party management experience will be helpful.
- Understanding of the Value Improvement philosophy and lean business processes methodology.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment with a matrix structure.
- Demonstrated multi-tasking capabilities and ability to work in a multi-cultural global environment.
