Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter II to join our team as an Automation Recruitment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting plans and strategies to attract top talent in the field of automation.

Responsibilities:
  • Source and identify candidates using various tools and techniques
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our clients
  • Manage multiple clients and competing demands in a high-volume environment
  • Evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, and abilities
  • Develop sustainable staffing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and competitive advantage
  • Benchmark compensation externally; create effective sourcing strategies; conduct competency-based interviews; check references; execute the offer process flawlessly

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years with a Master's degree
  • Experience in staffing/recruitment for direct labor and professional roles
  • Exposure to manufacturing environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact well with people at all levels in, and outside of, the organization

Benefits:
  • $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
