Medical Assistant Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant Associate to join our team at Providence Medical Foundation. As a Medical Assistant Associate, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist licensed practitioners in providing basic patient care, including administrative and clinical duties.
- Perform tasks as directed to support the delivery of patient care, such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and assisting with medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
- Medical assisting experience in a clinic setting (0-6 months).
- Preferred qualifications include coursework/training in medical assisting, experience working with electronic health records, and prior customer service experience.
