Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Production Supervisor to join our team at GW Lisk Company Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Department Supervisor in overseeing the Aerospace Solenoids Department, ensuring the production of high-quality products that meet part specifications, quality standards, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce company rules and regulations
  • Review set-ups and perform manufacturing inspections
  • Assign daily work assignments
  • Create job packets (routes, prints, work instructions, etc.)
  • Create and submit pick lists
  • Issue materials to jobs
  • Make material moves
  • Review jobs for labor and material accuracy
  • Review time and attendance daily
  • Assist in reviewing and posting department KPIs
  • Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform 6S audits as required
  • Perform direct labor as required

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent – 2-year degree preferred (technical)

Experience: 2 years minimum production experience

Computer skills: Basic computer skills. Will be required to learn to use Syteline (ERP system)

Compensation: $27.00 per hour based on experience
