Your Responsibilities
As a Room Attendant at Kimpton, your primary duty will be to maintain the cleanliness and order of guest rooms and common areas while delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Thoroughly clean, dust, and service guest rooms daily according to hotel standards.
- Replace linens and replenish supplies in guest rooms.
- Rearrange furnishings and ensure rooms are presented in a uniform manner.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards in your assigned areas.
- Manage lost and found items according to hotel policies.
- Maintain cleanliness in corridors and service areas.
- Respond to requests from the Housekeeping management team.
- Ensure security of pass keys and return them at the end of your shift.
- Prepare for the next day by restocking supplies and organizing the linen closet.
- Communicate any unusual circumstances to the supervisor.
What You Bring
A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, along with at least one year of experience in customer service or a similar role. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills and a genuine concern for guest safety and security.
