Privileged Paws Pet Care is seeking a dedicated Pet Care Specialist to join our team. As a Pet Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to our clients' dogs and cats. Your primary duties will include creating a safe and positive walking environment for our clients' dogs, following client-provided care instructions, and providing detailed and attentive care for our clients' cats. You will also be responsible for giving our clients first-class customer service with a personal touch, communicating with clients via phone/app and photographs, and contributing to the team effort by working as a team player. If you are a patient, enthusiastic, and honest individual who can provide our clients' dogs and cats with the highest quality visits possible, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a safe and positive walking environment for our clients' dogs.
  • Follow the client-provided care instructions, including training preferences.
  • Provide detailed and attentive care for our clients' cats.
  • Give our clients first-class customer service with a personal touch.
  • Communicate with clients via phone/app and photographs.
  • Contribute to the team effort by working as a team player.
Requirements:
  • Previous professional or volunteer experience with animals is preferred.
  • A strong understanding of safety and time management is required.
  • You should be able to work independently and outdoors regardless of weather conditions.
  • Candidates with evening, weekend, and holiday availability are given special consideration.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of $18-$20 per hour, plus bonuses and 100% client gratuity.
  • Mileage reimbursement for routes that limit driving to 10 minutes or less between clients.
